Our apartment house invites you to an unforgettable stay in the Austrian Alps. Located in the middle of breathtaking nature, our house is the right accommodation for a relaxing holiday!
The house was built in 1923, and therefore the house has rather low ceiling heights, which - combined with the modern character - add to the charm and coziness of the apartments. A lot of passion was put into the renovations in 2019 and 2022 and so the "new" AlpenLiving welcomes you with great attention to detail and the aim of making your vacation unique!
Our stylish apartments are designed to make you feel like home. With modern furnishings, spacious living areas and breathtaking mountain views they offer the perfect retreat after a day full of adventure - in winter as well as in summer. Whether you want to explore the nearby ski slopes, go hiking or simply enjoy the picturesque surroundings - AlpenLiving is the ideal starting point.
Furthermore the location of our house allows you to experience Mayrhofen in all its splendor. Discover traditional Austrian hospitality, explore the charming village atmosphere and be enchanted by the beauty of the Zillertal Alps.

House rules
- We love animals, but it is unfair to people with allergies to welcome animals into our home. Therefore please leave your pets at home.
- Smokers also need fresh air, preferably outside on the balcony or terrace, but not in the apartment.
- We are also party animals, there are plenty of opportunities to make party in Mayrhofen, but please not in our family-friendly apartments.
- The deposit of EUR 150.00 per stay/per apartment gives us the security that our lovingly designed apartments will be treated just as lovingly.
Check-in / check-Out
- Check-In: We will be there for you between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check-Out: on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. so that we can make the apartment clean and available again for the next guests.
Of course arrivals/departures are also possible outside of these times after consultation, so your vacation should be as stress-free and pleasant as possible :)
